I will produce a 3-4 minute walk-through video of your property complete with aerial sequences, room sizes, etc. This has proven to be an emotionally engaging and effective way for prospective buyers to "see themselves" living within your property. This is not a slideshow generated from the listing photos, but a true video production with background music, titles, etc.
  2. Your video will be target marketed on Facebook to buyers of the appropriate age, income and geographic location appropriate for your property. Targeting includes everyone who is actively searching for proprieties on all popular real estate websites, Google searches, local real estate searches, etc. As these targeted buyers look at their news feeds, your video auto-plays in front of them where they can further view, tag or share with their friends.
  3. This activity drives interest back to your MLS listing, agents receive showing requests, offers are written and properties are SOLD!
